Meridian Performance LLC is a private biomechanical performance consultancy operated by Ronnie Morris. Meridian works with elite high school athletes and their families through a selective, one-to-one engagement model. This website — meridianperformance.com — is Meridian's sole public-facing digital presence.

This Privacy Policy describes how Meridian collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. It applies to all visitors and to families who submit a consideration request through the Candidacy page.

Information we collect

Meridian collects information only through the consideration request form on the Candidacy page. No tracking software, behavioral analytics, or advertising pixels are used on this website. No cookies are set beyond those required for basic site function.

The consideration request form collects the following:

• Athlete information — first name, sport, position, age, current level of competition, and a description of the movement concern
• Development history — prior coaching, training programs, and injury history as disclosed voluntarily
• Family contact information — parent or guardian name, email address, and geographic location
• Recruitment context — target division level, recruitment timeline, and any additional notes provided in the free-text field

Submission of this form is voluntary. No information is required to browse or view the website.

How we use this information

Information submitted through the consideration request form is used solely to evaluate whether a potential engagement is appropriate and, if so, to initiate a direct conversation with the family. Specifically:

• To assess whether the athlete's profile, timeline, and goals are a fit for Meridian's current availability and methodology
• To contact the family directly if candidacy is confirmed for further discussion
• To maintain internal records of the consideration and any subsequent engagement

Meridian does not use submitted information for marketing, does not share it with third parties, and does not sell it under any circumstances.

How form submissions are handled

The consideration request form is processed through Formspree, a third-party form handling service. When a form is submitted, the information is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to a Meridian-controlled email account. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how it handles data in transit — it is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Submitted information is received and stored in a private email inbox accessible only to Ronnie Morris. No form data is stored in a public database or shared with any other party.

Children's privacy

Meridian works with athletes who are typically between 14 and 17 years old. This website is not directed at children under 13, and Meridian does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 directly through this site. The consideration request form is intended to be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of the athlete — not by the athlete themselves.

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through this website without parental consent, please contact Meridian directly at the address below and the information will be deleted promptly.

Data retention

Information submitted through the consideration request form is retained only as long as it is relevant to an active or potential engagement. If a family is not a fit for Meridian's current availability, or if no engagement follows a consideration request, submitted information is not retained beyond the initial review period.

For families who enter into a formal engagement with Meridian, records relating to the engagement — including athlete assessment documents, correction plans, and progress reports — are retained for a period of five years following the conclusion of the engagement, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to any personal information Meridian holds about you or your athlete, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your information at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact Meridian directly. Requests will be responded to within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information has been collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Security

Meridian takes the privacy of athlete and family information seriously. This website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted through an encrypted connection. Access to submitted information is limited to Ronnie Morris only.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While Meridian takes reasonable precautions to protect submitted information, it cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in how Meridian operates or to comply with applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever the policy changes. Continued use of this website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
